The Co-Creator of Call of Duty, Has Died in an LA Traffic Collision
Vince Zampella, renowned for co-creating the wildly popular first-person shooter Call of Duty, has tragically died in a car accident in California at the age of 55.
The tragic news was announced by Electronic Arts, the publisher that controls Respawn Entertainment, the development studio that he helped create.
The renowned game designer died after his car crashed and was engulfed in flames on a freeway in the Los Angeles area on Sunday, according to.
